Make your next decision with better evidence

Whether you need to understand customers, assess a programme or collect information in the field, the research should serve a clear decision. NSDS supports research and data collection, with analysis and reporting scoped around the questions your organisation needs to answer.

Based in Jamaica, NSDS works with organisations across the Caribbean and North America. Share your location and requirements so our team can assess the appropriate delivery arrangements.

You do not need a completed brief or a confirmed budget to get started.

The problem

What do you need to know before deciding?

Assumptions, incomplete records or limited feedback can leave important decisions poorly informed. Research becomes more useful when the question, participants, method and intended output are defined together. We help clarify those requirements before collection begins.

The value of solving it

Turn a research question into usable information

Develop an approach that fits the decision, gather information through the agreed method and present findings with their limitations. Your team should be able to understand what the evidence supports and where further investigation may be needed.

Scope

What we can help you with

Scope in-person data collection, interviewer and supervisor coordination, recruitment and quality-control arrangements.

Focus groups and qualitative support

Assess recruitment, facilitation, transcription and location requirements, including Patois-capable personnel where relevant.

Data management and reporting

Agree data handling, cleaning, analysis and reporting outputs, including dashboards where suitable.

Maia Group Limited

Go-to-market research for Essential purified drinking water

Maia Group Limited engaged NSDS for go-to-market research relating to Essential purified drinking water. The completed research informed planning for how the product would enter the market. This example connects our research service with a practical commercial decision, giving organisations preparing a product for market a relevant starting point for discussing their own research needs.

  • Research completed before the launch decision was taken
  • Findings used to plan how the product entered the market
  • A commercial decision supported by evidence rather than instinct
