Fleet operations, maintenance and compliance in one platform

NSFleet is a fleet management platform for organisations that run vehicles as a core part of their operation and currently track them across a whiteboard, a WhatsApp group and three spreadsheets.

The problem

A fleet is an expensive asset managed with cheap tools

Vehicles are usually one of the largest assets on the balance sheet and one of the least instrumented parts of the business. Servicing is remembered rather than scheduled. Fuel and repair spend is visible only when the invoice arrives. Nobody can say reliably which vehicle costs the most to keep on the road.

NSFleet is being built to make that information ordinary rather than exceptional.

Capability

What NSFleet covers

Vehicle register

Every asset with its documents, assignments, history and current status.

Preventive maintenance

Servicing scheduled on distance or time, with work orders and history.

Cost visibility

Fuel, parts, labour and downtime attributed to the vehicle that incurred them.

Driver records

Assignments, licences, expiry dates and incident history.

Compliance dates

Fitness, registration, insurance and permit expiry tracked before they lapse.

Multi-tenant by design

Strict data isolation enforced at the database layer, so operators never see each other.

Fit

Who it is for

  • Distribution and logistics operations
  • Service businesses with a field fleet
  • Transport operators and contract carriers
  • Any organisation running more than a handful of vehicles without a system

Current status

NSFleet is in active development with a contracted anchor operator. It is not yet generally available. Fleet operators who want to influence the first release should speak to us now.

Frequently asked questions

How many vehicles does it suit?

It is being built for operators with tens to hundreds of vehicles. Below roughly ten vehicles a simple maintenance schedule is usually enough, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a platform.

Does it need tracking hardware?

No. Telematics can be integrated where it exists, and the platform is useful without it, because most of the cost and compliance problem is record-keeping rather than real-time location.
