No waiting for a reply. You see the time, you take it, and the confirmation is on screen.
An .ics file and one-click Google and Outlook links, with a reminder already set.
What you tell us, or told NIA, reaches the person you meet before the meeting starts.
Free calls can be moved at any time. Paid sessions are refundable more than 24 hours ahead, less a 20% cancellation fee.
The 30 minute introductory conversation and the 45 minute executive briefing carry no charge and no obligation. The 60 minute technical and scoping session is a paid consultation at USD 60, because it is working time on your specific requirements and it produces a written summary you can use whether or not you engage us.
It is a working session rather than a sales meeting. We prepare beforehand, go through requirements, architecture, integrations or a specific system with your people, and send a written summary of what we agreed and what we recommend. The fee is USD 60 and it is credited against your project if you proceed with NSDS.
You pay straight after booking. Once you have picked a time, the confirmation page and your confirmation email both carry a secure checkout link, so it takes a moment rather than an email exchange. Card details go to our payment provider and never touch this website. If you would rather pay another way, reply to the confirmation email. Paying before the session means the whole hour goes to the work rather than to administration. If you proceed with NSDS afterwards, the full fee is credited toward your project fee.
For an introductory conversation, whoever owns the relevant capability. For executive briefings and complex engagements, Mohan Beckford joins directly.
Yes, at our Kingston office at 8 Hillview Avenue, or at your premises where that makes sense. Clients in Canada and Guyana are usually served remotely, and we travel where an engagement warrants it.
That is normal and it is fine. A good proportion of first meetings end with advice and no engagement. We would rather be the firm you call in six months than the one that pushed you in month one.
Reply to your confirmation email, or write to service@trynextstep.com quoting the reference on your confirmation. There is no charge for changing or cancelling a free call. For a paid session, a cancellation more than 24 hours before the start time is refundable less a 20% cancellation fee; inside 24 hours, and non-attendance, are non-refundable. If we cancel, you may reschedule at no cost or take a full refund.
Slots are shown in Jamaica time and, if you are elsewhere, in your own local time beside it. The diary opens from the next working day onward. If nothing on offer suits you, email service@trynextstep.com and we will find a time, including outside normal hours where the engagement warrants it.
Yes. The confirmation page and the confirmation email both carry an .ics file and one-click links for Google Calendar and Outlook, so the meeting goes straight into your diary with a reminder set.
